    1. General Refund Policy

    At StarLux Travels, we understand that travel plans can change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent while adhering to the terms and conditions set by airlines, hotels, and other service providers. As an intermediary service, our ability to process refunds depends on the policies of the respective service providers.

    2. Flight Refunds

    2.1 Refundable Tickets

    Refundable flight tickets can be cancelled for a full refund minus any applicable service fees. Refund processing typically takes 7-14 business days to appear on your original payment method.

    2.2 Non-Refundable Tickets

    Non-refundable tickets may only be eligible for refunds in specific circumstances such as airline schedule changes, flight cancellations, or extraordinary circumstances as defined by the airline.

    2.3 24-Hour Free Cancellation

    Most flights booked at least 7 days in advance are eligible for free cancellation within 24 hours of booking, as per US Department of Transportation regulations.

    3. Hotel and Accommodation Refunds

    Hotel refund policies vary by property and booking type:

    • Free cancellation bookings: Full refund if cancelled before the deadline
    • Non-refundable bookings: Generally not eligible for refunds except in extraordinary circumstances
    • Partially refundable bookings: May incur cancellation fees as specified in booking terms

    4. Service Fees

    StarLux Travels service fees are generally non-refundable except in cases where we are unable to fulfill the requested service or in cases of our error. Service fee refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.

    5. Refund Processing Time

    • Credit card refunds: 7-14 business days
    • Debit card refunds: 7-21 business days
    • Bank transfers: 3-10 business days
    • International refunds: May take up to 30 business days
